WHAT IS MYSORE?

Ashtanga yoga in it's traditional form is taught "Mysore style". This is a method whereby the student is taught the series pose by pose, memorizing as they go. As the student becomes proficient with each posture, the teacher continues to give postures, working with each student individually & helping the student to develop a self practice.

Emma O'Neill

Authorized Level 2 by the KPJAYI, Emma is the Director of Mysore, Toronto. With almost 2 decades of teaching & practicing under her belt, you're in safe hands. Emma made annual pilgrimages to Mysore, India from 2003-2016 to study at the Source. To this day she continues to study & practice different types of methodologies all over the world to keep her on top of her teaching game. Emma believes that as a teacher she must be a student first to be able to bring the best possible teachings to her students. .

MYSORE Schedule

 

OCTOBER-DECEMBER SCHEDULE

Classes are run every Saturday of the Month from 7-9am.

All classes are Pre-Registered & space is limited

Classes take place at 1768 Danforth Ave       

OCTOBER 5, 12, 19, 26

NOVEMBER 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

DECEMBER 7, 14, 21, 28              

 

PricinG

 

$25/pp (Tax Incl) per group class paid in ADVANCE to book space. Once booked, 7 days notice is required to change dates. No refunds/credit issued if less than 48hrs notice is given. Monthly passes go on SALE each quarter.

PRIVATE CLASSES are also available upon request.

RATES

$100 for a single session

$450 for 5 classes

$800 for 10 classes
